One of two Slovenian Alpine ski centres where you can commonly ski also in spring till May holidays.

Because of Mt. Vogel's geographical position here falls twice or three times as much snow as normally at this altitude in other parts of Alps. Ski centre Vogel is situated in the Triglav National Park above Bohinj Lake. Abundance of sunbeam, spacious view and perfectly prepared and maintained ski slopes attract numerous ski enthusiasts to experience this unique Alpian atmosphere. Most skillful skiers allow themselves in good weather conditions to go skiing on umarked ski slopes. Most of ski slopes lay between 1500 metres and 1800 metres.
