It happens that the product includes only transfer to the destination without any entrance fee or guiding. Our agency tries not to mislead, so we make sure you always know what the product includes.

Due to possibility of bad weather we mostly do not take money in advance. In case of bad weather, we can postpone the trip or cancel it.

We only need you credit card information to secure the booking, so that we have some guarantee you will actually come. We will not take any money from the credit card, unless agreed otherwise.

In most scenarios you will pay on the spot, at the end of the service. Some services only require credit card information, for you to secure the reservation.

We offer wine tours for wine devotees so we want you to get maximum services from us. Generally, there are 3 to 5 glasses of wine per each wine tasting. At every tour at least 2 wine tastings are included. If anybody prefers to retry any of it again we will happily comply with your wishes.
